📦 Return & Refund Policy – Arabi Mart

At Arabi Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, undergarments)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or personalized products

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or damaged).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
